WOMA High-Pressure Water Plunger Pumps
WOMA designs, manufactures and markets high-pressure plunger pumps. All pumps can be driven either by combustion engines or electric motors. They are suitable for stationary as well as for mobile applications.
For water service with power ratings up to
1000 hp, operating pressures up to
43,000 psi, and water flow rates up to 443 gpm. The WOMA pump line is characterized by the following features:
- Heavy duty pump gear end with forged and flame hardened crankshafts, optional forced lubrication and cooling systems as well as integrated gear reduction, and alternative gear ratios available.
- Pump head with coaxially arranged valves and free from alternating stresses.
- Hydrostatically armored pressure sleeves.
- Plunger set with hard metal/ceramic plungers, dynamic sealing system and long life water cooled packing systems.
- High volumetric efficiency and minimized "dead volume".
- Optimized valve kinematics giving minimal pressure fluctuations.
- High service life of all pump components.
- Easy Maintenance due to simple assembly and good access.
