Our job site Aqua Cutter Hydrodemolition systems are designed to house the High Pressure Pumping System, Aqua Cutter Robot, tools, accessories and doubles as a spare parts storage area and job site work room. One container is all that is necessary to go to work, and requires only a water connection and diesel fuel to begin performing. Because all items are stored in a single container you can mobilize quickly and begin removing concrete quicker.

Aqua Cutter Robot Model HVD-6000 
The Aqua Cutter Model HVD-6000 robot is designed to effectively and selectively remove concrete from not only horizontal surfaces such as bridge decks and parking garage floors, but also vertical surfaces like walls and columns. Additionally, the Model HVD-6000 Aqua Cutter is equally as effective when used for overhead work such as ceilings.
The Model HVD-6000 Aqua Cutter is a user friendly easy to operate hydrodemolition robot which can be easily adapted to operate off any high pressure pumping system capable of delivering sufficient power to effectively remove concrete. The HVD-6000 Aqua Cutter is powered by an on board Perkins diesel engine rated 14 hp (10.5KW) so no external electrical power source is required.
The Model HVD-6000 Aqua Cutter is a reliable, versatile, heavy duty robot designed to perform consistently on even the most demanding construction projects. The hydraulically actuated power head, rotates 360°, slides in all directions, and can tilt 90° providing maximum flexibility and reach. With a large variety of available attachments to the Model HVD-6000 Aqua Cutter, such as "Circular Power Head" for columns, "Parapet-Beam type II" for exterior parapet walls, and "Rotolance 400-II" for light scarification, this is truly a versatile hydrodemolition robot.
